A little piece of paradise on the Cape`s West Coast.

Whatever you have in mind for your vacation, there is something for everyone in Langebaan.

The white Caribbean like beaches surrounding the lagoon, are one of the main attractions of Langebaan.
The interesting ecological history of Langebaan can be viewed at the West Coast Fossil Park.

The West Coast National Park, gives an insight to the huge variety of fauna & flora, which this unique eco-system of Langebaan has to offer.

In the olden days, the Dutch settlers, made Saldanha bay first, safe port of call after the long journey down the African West Coast.Finding their way through the deep water channel into the lagoon, they reffered to this waterway as "Die Baan", thus giving Langebaan it`s name.

The lagoon offers windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking & yachting.Go biking, fishing, hiking or horse riding.
Take the kids to the fun park, try the go carts, play a round of golf or simply crack a cold one and watch it all unfold around you.

Visit the West Coast National Park, Fossil Park.
Birdwatching, whale spotting, gameviewing and boat trips to Malgas Island.

Wining & Dining:
Dine out on your choice of food from seafood to traditional boerekos.

Choose your lodging from a wide range of high standard to budget guest houses, B&B`s, hotels and self catering establishment.
