The rate ranges from R120 per day inclusive for a single room and R180 per day a double room.

Some of the rooms have lead onto wrap around balconies with stunning views of Sea Point and the ocean.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large sunny dining room for the
communal use of the guests. Each bedroom has a bar fridge and a lock up
cupboard in the kitchen for their personal provisions. The kitchen has a large communal fridge, stove and two microwaves.

Lounges and a roof top balcony with incredible views over Sea Point & the ocean and mountain views are for the communal use of the guests.

All rooms are attractively furnished, comfortable and we are reputed for our high standard of cleanliness. Daily service is included.

Dear Venus,

Please accept apologies for late response but I was not aware of the
contents of this e-mail as there was no indication that it was a request for

Yes, we have a number of options to offer you for three people from the 5th

A triple room at Ashby Manor (our beautiful Victorian Guest House) in High
Level Road with an en-suite would be R280 per day for all of you. A
separate apartment near the beachfront with two bedrooms equipped for 3
people would be R380 per day inclusive for three people. I would be happy
to describe either fully if you are interested in either of the above.

We do accept late arrivals and my housekeeper's husband who drives his own
car as a service to our guests could pick you up from the airport and bring
you to the doorstep. His fees are in the region of R140 for all three.
There are information centres in town or one of our staff will be happy to
assist you with tour information. In fact Mark our driver could take you
to some of the places at very specially low rates if that would interest

Looking forward to your response.
