We are hoping to stay for about 2/3 nights somewhere in the Overberg region en route from Plettenberg Bay to Cape Town which we plan to reach by Thursday, 24th March 2005. Some ideas please as to where best to stop over for scenic drives and easy hiking trails for us 70 year old's. Earlier this year we travelled along Route 62 and were enthralled by the magnificent scenery
The town of Swellendam is probably the best tourist-oriented town in that area.
